any dispute must be venued in Ramsey County, Minnesota. Access to the Materials
(including Software) may not be legal by certain persons or in certain
countries. If you access the Website from outside of the United States, you do
so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your
jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by the internal substantive laws of
the State of Minnesota, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If
any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having
competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in
full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed
a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Unless otherwise
explicitly stated, the Terms and Conditions will survive termination of your
registration to the Service. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement
between you and DatinginNorthDakota.com with respect to the use of the Website
including the
Privacy Statement.
In the event of any conflict between the
Privacy Statement
and this Agreement, this Agreement shall control.
Upon our request, you agree to sign a non-electronic version of this Agreement.
